*** Please note that due to Covid-19 the Governor of NH has issued the following requirements regarding rentals:

Travelers/visitors ~ Domestic travel within the U.S. outside of New England no longer requires quarantine upon returning/visiting NH, although people are recommended to still follow CDC’s travel guidance, including wearing a well-fitted face mask while traveling, practicing social distancing, getting tested 3-5 days after travel (with a molecular or PCR-based test), and limiting public interactions after travel (even if not required to quarantine).

Travelers/visitors to AND residents of NH need to self-quarantine  for 10 days after the last date of any international travel (except for essential travel to/from Canada*), or travel on a cruise ship.

Short Term Rental Rates
– $150 per night for 2 persons
– $25 for each additional person
– $35 cleaning fee
– Children under 5 free
– 2 night minimum (holiday weekend 3 night minimum)
– Monthly rental available
– Non-smoking
– Pets negotiable (Hunting dogs allowed with prior notification and $35 fee)

Monthly/Seasonal Rental Rates
– $2000 per month (up to 8 people)
– Tenants pay utility (heating fuel or electricity)
– Non-smoking
– Pets negotiable (Hunting dogs allowed with prior notification and $35 fee)

Security Deposits
– 2 to 7 days = $150
– 8 to 14 days = $250
– Longer than 2 week stays = $500

Additional amenities include:
– Direct access to snowmobile trails from yard
– Minutes from ATV access point
– Garage storage
–  All bed linens and towels provided
– Dishes, pots, pans, utensils
– Coffee maker, microwave, grill
– Satellite TV
– Wireless Internet Access
– Fire Pit (Renters must bring their own fire wood)
– Books, board games

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

• 100% refund if cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid.
• 50% refund if cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in
• Refunds will not be issued due to snow, trail or weather conditions. Refunds will only be issued per the refund/cancellation policy.  Contact us to discuss re-booking or other options.
