Cabin Rules

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! Check in  time is 3:00 pm / Check out is 11:00 am

We provide:
– Toilet paper
– Dish detergent
– Sponges
– Trash bags

Renters will need to bring:
– Paper towels
– Napkins
– Toiletries

Trash
– Recyclables in the appropriate bins
– Household bags of trash please deposit in the barrels on the porch when leaving

Before Checking out, please
– make sure the refrigerator and freezer are empty and clean
– all open windows are closed and locked
– all doors are locked
– all used towels are placed in the bathroom
– all dishes are cleaned and put away
– all lights are turned of
– the thermostat is set at 55 degrees
– leave us a note in the guest book

Please return the key to the box 

Cancellation/Refund Policy:

• 100% refund if cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they’ve paid.
• 50% refund if cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in
• Refunds will not be issued due to snow, trail or weather conditions. Refunds will only be issued per the refund/cancellation policy.  Contact us to discuss re-booking or other options.
